the apartment was beautiful, clean, and modern with all the necessary amenities. the hosts, Susanna and Carlos, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. the location of the apartment was perfect, nestled in a charming rural village close to Vale Figuera beach. We enjoyed the tranquility and the opportunity to explore the less touristy areas of the west coast of Portugal. I highly recommend this place for a natural and authentic getaway.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a homey feel that made us instantly feel at ease. It had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for a family like ours.
Personally, I found the bunk beds in the bedroom a bit cramped, but others might still enjoy the space-saving aspect.

The location of the hotel is great, especially for those who enjoy nature and tranquility. It is situated in a peaceful village, not far from the sea, making it ideal for walkers and beach lovers. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
The lack of proper heating in the apartment made it cold and uncomfortable, especially during our stay in November. Additionally, the presence of ants in the kitchen was quite bothersome.

We had an amazing time staying at Monte Chabouco - Alojamento Local! The house had all the essentials we needed and was comfortable and well-equipped. The location in the countryside was perfect for a calm and relaxing stay. The beach nearby, particularly Figueiras beach, was beautiful and less crowded than others in the south. With a car, we could easily explore all the charming villages and beaches in the Algarve. The hosts, Susanna and Carlos, were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The rooms at Monte Chabouco were so cozy and comfortable! I felt right at home with the fully equipped kitchen and the flat-screen TV to unwind after a long day. The 1 or 2 bedrooms were perfect for my family, and the bunk beds were a fun touch for the kids.
I didn't really enjoy the limited wardrobe space. But that's just my opinion, others might not mind it at all.

During my recent transit through Chabouco, I had the opportunity to stay at the Monte Chabouco - Alojamento Local Villa. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate the convenience of this database, allowing me to easily find and book accommodation for short stays. The location of this property was ideal for my needs, with the nearest airport being just 81 km away. This proximity made it extremely convenient for me to catch my next flight without any hassle.
One minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of clear directions provided in the database. Despite using two GPS systems and even purchasing a paper map specifically for this purpose, I struggled to locate the property initially.

Die Lage des Hotels war super, mit vielen gemütlichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Zimmer waren schön und die Betten bequem.
Das Personal wirkte beim Check-In unfreundlich und unprofessionell.

Some might find the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms a bit cramped, but that's just my personal preference.

The value for the money at Monte Chabouco was excellent, as the apartment was beautiful, modern and well-equipped. The hosts, Susanna and Carlos, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and happiness. The apartment was clean, cozy and quiet, and we loved having our own fireplace for barbecue. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Vale Figuera beach and within 25 minutes of Lagos. We enjoyed being on the less touristy west coast, with its old authentic villages and stunning natural beauty. The lack of big hotels and crowded tourist areas was a bonus, and the wild Atlantic beaches were only a short drive away. We can't recommend this place enough for those seeking a natural, authentic and peaceful getaway.
The only thing that could make the breakfast experience better at Monte Chabouco would be to have more variety in terms of food options available, such as a wider selection of pastries or local delicacies.
